Google is all set to integrate to its Play Music service the Google Glass stereo headphones which will cost you additional bucks. This is the first time the company is providing playback through the Glass to expand the headset’s capabilities giving users extraordinary soundtrack experience. The New York Times reports that a set of earbud is gonna be on sale later this month for $85. The device can be plugged into the same USB port provided for the mono earbud the company announced last month.
The new Google Glass stereo headphones comes with a software update for a richer music experience. With this, you can ask Glass "what song is this?" for a couple of months now, but Google is also including a "listen to" command that will integrate with the Google’s Play Music service. This music app is set up with an online music locker, and a local music-file player combining the "what song is this?" and "listen to" commands which allow users to identify and listen to an extremely broad range of music.

It’s been noted in some reports that for a $1500.00, what is being paid is the opportunity to be included in the selected customers that would help define how the software works and what would be the next steps for the company. Meanwhile, a consumer version of the Google Glass is expected to launch by the end of 2014.
