The New York's skyline turns into shades of red, blue and yellow as the Empire State Building lights up with the colors of the Philippine Flag.

The act is simple yet very heart touching thought showing unwavering support to the Filipinos especially to the typhoon victims who were left with nothing but misery wrought by Typhoon Haiyan.

The Empire Estate Building official twitter account says "Tonight and tomorrow night, our lights shine in the colors of the Philippines flag to raise awareness of the Haiyan tragedy. Seeing this image would leave anyone teary-eyed.
