It's now official, Miss Nicaragua Natassja Bolivar was announced as the winner of Miss Universe 2013 Best National Costume Award.
The announcement was made during the conclusion of the 2013 Miss Universe Preliminary Competition held at the Crocus City Hall on November 5th. Natassja gets a 5,000 USD debit card from Russian Standard Bank.
The National Costume Show was held on November 3rd ahead of the pageant, at the Vegas Mall where all the contestants showcased their national costumes.
