Philippines - World's Most Emotional Nation

It’s more emotional in the Philippines! According to U.S. pollster Gallup, Philippines is the most emotional nation in the world, with 60 percent responded agreeably to questions that reveal personal emotions, whether positive or negative.

Businessweek reported that Gallup polled over 152 countries and asked respondents questions such as "Did you feel well rested yesterday?" or "Did you smile or laugh a lot yesterday?"

The poll also asked respondents if they experienced certain emotions such as worry, sadness, stress, anger, enjoyment, or physical pain.

Next to the Philippines in terms of feelings are El Salvador, where 57 percent admit to experiencing a lot of emotions; Bahrain, 56 percent; and Oman, 55 percent.

On the other hand, Singapore appeared as the "most emotionless" society  with only 36 percent of respondents saying they experienced a lot of feelings in the previous day.
